Few students are join to my class for days and are left handed. They likes to hold mouse with their left hand and reverse the mouse buttons. but most of them don't know how to reverse the mouse buttons .

Now i will explain how to reverse the mouse buttons step by steps:


1.click Start
2.open Control Panel
3.change to Switch to category view
4.double click mouse
5.select the tick box under the button configuration
6.click OK


Now you have reverse the mouse buttons.

Q1.
Cannot get Excel to load the spreadsheet developed at home over the weekend. Urgent as need to prepare report for company auditors.

A1.IF you created spreadsheet by using the Microsoft Excel 2007, you will not be able to open the spreadsheet by using the Microsoft Excel 2003. But if you created your spreadsheet by using the Microsoft Excel 2003 you can use Excel 2007 to open it.

Q2.Cannot log into system

A2. If you can not log into the system you have to make sure you are typed in the correct user name and password, also check the Caps Lock. If you can not log in you have to go the MITS to change your password. If you are new to the company you have to go the MITS to create your accont.

Q3.Cannot make orders print off.

A3.You can cancel the order from printer.

Q4.Cannot access orders list from new machine installed last week, cannot even find database package.

A4.you may not install the software package, you have to install the software package first.

A5. someone has hacked your computer, you have to make sure you have installed the firewall.

A7. All the software will compatible with the printer. May be your software does not have the print function, or may be you haven't install the driver for the printer.

Q8.Went to check orders list and screen went ‘pop’ with a nasty smell.

A8. The screen has burned, you have to make sure you are not eating and drinking in the computer room and also you have to keep the room dry.

Q9.Need access to documents stored on Fredya’s machine but her machine won’t get past boot up stage.

Start -> Run -> type in CMD -> press run
Dos window will jump out.

you will find the listfile.txt in your computer L drive, right click it-open with- if there are no excel click more fin excel. use excel open the listfile. txt

To format the work book you can:
put a title
Double click the gap between A and B to expand the cells to the correct length.
save the workbook

To let your computer open solitaire for you automatically at 12:05 you have to follow the step by steps:



step 1 : click start-all program-Accessories-system tools- Scheduled Tasks











step 2: double click "Add scheduled task"

click next and select the program you like to run, if it is not in the application you can click browse then find the program in your computer.




step 4:
click next you can select it runs every day or once a week.



step 5:
you can set the time you wants this program start.




step 6:
set a password for this program, you have to type in the password otherwise the program will not run.

click finish.
the program will run.

Do you always want to look back at the conversations you have had with other people, or protect your children from MSN. If you do plz follow the instruction:

step 1:
selecting your name at the top of the main window, and choosing options at the bottom of the list
















step2: select the Messages tab







step 3:

select the "Automatically keep a history of my conversation" check box.


step 4:
click the browse button to select the place where you wants to save your message history


step 5: click the OK button to finish


if you wants to view your conversation history you can go the the file you selcet in step 4 to find it. MSN will save all the conversation history automatacally, if you wants to print out you can select file than click print.
